Digital Learning Innovations is partnering with the Inland Empire region’s Strong Workforce Initiative to provide training and college consultations for key stakeholders that are implementing employability skills initiatives and/or supporting New World of Work (NWOW) efforts on campus. 

The following opportunities are available for college teams.

Facilitator-led Introductory Training Webinars

  • So what are Employability Skills and New World of Work (NWOW)? Examination of NWOW framework and how it can be used to support student development.  (For Administrators)
  • Strategies to support integration of NWOW employability skills across campus Strategies to support faculty-centered adoption and integration of NWOW framework and materials within courses. (For Professional Development Coordinators and Faculty Champions)
  • Strategies to Integrate NWOW Employability Skills for Workforce Development Initiatives? Strategies to integrate NWOW within career development initiatives and activities. (For Workforce Development Coordinators)
  • Using Campus Systems to Measure the Impact of Integrating NWOW Employability Skills Across Campus Strategies to collect and report on NWOW institutional data and/or badging outcomes. (For Research Staff, Canvas Administrators, and IT staff)

College Consultation

1-hour small group consultation with college champions (administrators, coordinators, faculty, staff) to identify effective planning and implementation strategies to integrate NWOW Employability Skills on campus.
