Re-imagining the Learning Experience

Over the past several years, we have been working in partnership with Colleges and Workforce Entities to create and implement frameworks that supports and recognizes the development of durable and technical skills across talent academic and professional  experiences.

How we have partnered:

  • Created a single gateway online student support structure within Canvas for students participating in a CTE career pathways. (later transformed into online student services for all students)
  • Developed institutional digital credentialing framework to assess skills across the learning experience and award credentials
  • Trained faculty champions and other key stakeholders on skill identification and assessment effective practices
  • Developed instructional material to support faculty champions/ peer coaches
  • Collaborated with partners to collect data collection and craft data stories
Trelisa (Trey) R. Glazatov, PhD, CPTD

Trelisa has worked in the education industry over 15 years as a practitioner and educator focused on instructional design and development in emerging learning environments. She has managed distance education programs and has experience developing curriculum for a Competency Based Education program. Trelisa has a Ph.D. in Learning Technologies, a M.Ed. in Instructional Technology, a M.H.S.A. in Health Management and Policy and a B.S. in Finance.

Secret Brown, MPA, CPCC, ID, Master Trainer

Secret has worked in the government and higher education sector for over 20 years as a career developer, instructional designer and Master Trainer. Secret has a B.A. and is an ATD Certified Instructional Designer. Secret has implemented and managed several professional development programs within the community college institutions  and developed several workforce programs within organizations.
